About Me

My name is Roldan Grace. I am 18 years old and I live in the beautiful city of Petoskey in Michigan USA

While building with LEGO is my main passion, I have many other interests as well, which include sailing, architectural and industrial design, collaboration with other LEGO builders, and teaching and mentoring sailing as well as LEGO construction.

Putting the finishing touches on the foliage of this scale model of the Crooked Tree Arts Center, which was then donated to the Arts Center, where it remains on display.  This project took five months and 250+ hours of designing and building, and was completed with the support of generous donors.

For the past few years, I have monitored a vernal pool, which means going out to a nature preserve in Spring and checking to see if there are frog and salamander eggs, fairy shrimp, and fingernail clams. The presence of these species indicates a healthy ecosystem for these important areas.

I love nature and I feel that this is my way of contributing to raising awareness of the importance of natural areas in our lives.

I've been sailing for five years and I enjoy competing in Sunfish races during the summer. I am a certified Sailing Instructor and I work teaching young people how to sail as well as offering private lessons for any age.
